When you become a Jim’s customer, you are entitled to a solid warranty that represents the quality of the service you have received . Different types of service and work naturally come with different types or warranty. Whether it is a major rebuild or a small service, the work we do is covered by our facility.

36 Month 50,000 Mile Warranty

For automatic transmission rebuilds, you receive Jim’s 36-Month/50,000 Mile warranty.  Your transmission is covered for 3 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers your transmission and torque converter against defective transmission materials, as well as parts and labor, for the full 36 month/50,000 mile period. The coverage is null and void if the failure is caused by customer abuse, accident or alterations, if the covered vehicle is converted from a passenger vehicle to a commercial vehicle or is used for commercial purposes.

5 Year Unlimited Miles

Available on select remanufactured transmissions . Provides national warranty coverage for 5 years unlimited miles parts and labor coverage . Ask for details.

90 Day Warranty

Most of our external repairs are covered for 90 Days or 3,000 Miles, whichever comes first. The Warranty covers parts, labor, and components replaced. Many repairs fall into this category such as Solenoid replacement and others types of component replacement. All applicable warranties will be documented on receipt .

36 Month 100,000 Mile Warranty

Available on most remanufactured transmissions . Comes with a local and nationwide 100% parts warranty . Good anywhere in the United States and parts of Canada . Great option if you intend on a lot of out of state travel or are relocating to another area .

12 Month – 12,000 Mile Warranty

Clutch Repairs, Transfer Cases and most Manual Transmissions come with a 12 Month or 12,000 Mile Warranty, whichever comes first. Warranty covers defective parts and all labor and does not cover abuse, accidents, or damage caused by alteration.
